Digital Documents
The less paper being passed among people, the better. Reducing the number of physical documents passed from one party to another by making all brochures, listing sheets and other documents digital. These should be accessed with a QR Code, AirDrop, link onsite, email or other electronic means. Contracts and forms supporting the sale of the property should be completed on digital platforms.
Use Digital Tools and 100% Virtual Opnen Houses
The use of virtual open houses and virtual tours are still strongly recommended. This means ultimately, many clients will be doing fewer in person showings since they can narrow down searches from virtual tours first.
We should continue to use digital and virtual technology to interact with clients wherever possible. There few option, three-dimensional property scans with exclusive possibilities from our RE/MAX centre for 100% Virtual Open houses or Showings, Facebook, Skype or Zoom live tour. Virtual Open House is NOT pre-recorded video. It is a live scheduled event at a designated time where a realtor holds the house “open” but hosts it virtually by setting up an invite via Facebook Live, Zoom, GoToMeeting, etc. Here, the agent is physically at the listing property and gives a tour of the property via meeting software.
RE/MAX centre introduce first in North Amerika possibility to have Virtual Open House without realtor physically in the listing property. That means that clients can enjoy day in his home without interruption, while open house is happening.
